Where do you ship from?
All items shown are shipped from France. I process and pack all orders by myself from here!
Do you send packages with tracked shipping?
All product are now sent with tracked shipping by default, since the 17/12/2022. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is being posted.
I've ordered a while ago and my items are not there yet!
In this case please feel free to contact me. We can figure out if it is because your order has not been sent yet (it might be a preorder) or if it is due to the post system. If it is the later I am not responsible for the delays but I can try to help you figure out where your package is!
